We aim to describe products accurately using information from manufacturers and retailers. Product images are representative; packaging may vary. Optional details are shown only where they have been verified.
3. Prices and currency
Prices are listed in Ukrainian hryvnia. At checkout you can view totals in another currency; converted amounts are indicative and based on reference rates.
4. Placing an order
Submitting the checkout form is a request to purchase. An order is accepted only when we confirm it. We may decline orders, for example where stock is unavailable or information is incomplete.
5. Payment
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Online card payment is not currently processed through this website.
6. Delivery
Delivery options and timing are described on our Delivery & Shipping page and confirmed for each order.
7. Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy and any statutory rights you have as a consumer.
8. Intellectual property
Brand names and product names belong to their respective owners. Site content may not be copied without permission.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Always follow manufacturer age guidance and instructions supplied with a product.
